HMT 300 MA er den største model i HMC’s S-serie og er udviklet til laboratorier og klinikker med behov for høj kapacitet og fleksibel sterilisering i et kompakt bordformat.

Med et kammer på 40 liter er autoklaven velegnet til større batches, glasvarer, tekstiler og instrumenter – både indpakket og uindpakket. Den integrerede vakuumpumpe sikrer effektiv luftfjernelse og gør enheden egnet til sterilisering af hule instrumenter og komplekse belastninger.

Autoklaven er fuldautomatisk og mikroprocessorstyret med kontinuerlig overvågning af alle procestrin. Pre-vacuum og tørrevakuum sikrer både effektiv sterilisering og optimal tørring af materialer.

Den indbyggede vandtank gør installationen enkel uden behov for fast vandtilslutning, hvilket giver stor fleksibilitet i laboratoriemiljøer.

The HMT MA Series are compact table-top autoclaves designed for reliable sterilization of wrapped and unwrapped instruments in clinical and laboratory environments. The units are equipped with an integrated vacuum pump, making them suitable for hollow instruments, textiles and more complex loads.

The autoclaves operate at sterilization temperatures of 121 °C and 134–135 °C and include pre-vacuum and post-vacuum drying phases to ensure effective air removal and optimal drying performance. All processes are controlled by a microprocessor with fully automatic cycle control and continuous monitoring of each phase.

The system features an internal water tank, eliminating the need for external water connections and allowing flexible installation. Safety is ensured through multiple systems including overheating protection, safety valve, overpressure switch, and a mechanical-electrical door locking mechanism.

Standard programs include sterilization cycles for wrapped and unwrapped instruments, liquid cycles, prion program and Bowie-Dick test. Optional data logging via USB or SD card is available for documentation and compliance purposes.

The HMT MA Series is particularly well suited for smaller clinics, dental practices, ENT clinics, dermatology clinics and laboratories requiring a cost-effective and robust sterilization solution.
